Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th November, 2021. | ||
I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 24th day of November 2021 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018) come into operation: | ||
(a) section 10; | ||
(b) subsections (10) to (12) of section 12; and | ||
(c) subsections (4) to (6) of section 13. | ||
3. The 24th day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 4 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018) comes into operation. | ||
