Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(4) of the Social Welfare Act 2021 (No. 44 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act 2021 (Section 24) (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 1st day of January 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 24 of the Social Welfare Act 2021 (No. 44 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
