Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th November, 2022. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 29 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 4) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 4th day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which sections 2 , 8 and 9 of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 2 9 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
