Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th February, 2023. | ||
I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 26 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 24th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which - | ||
(a) paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1), and | ||
(b) subsection (2), | ||
of section 26 of the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 26 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
