Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th March, 2024. | ||
I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (No. 35 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. In this Order, “Act of 2023” means the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (No. 35 of 2023). | ||
3. The 29th day of March 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 33 of the Act of 2023 shall come into operation. | ||
4. The 23rd day of September 2024 is appointed as the day on which sections 29, 30 and 31 of the Act of 2023 shall come into operation. | ||
