Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (No. 35 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 29th day of September 2025 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) Act 2023 (No. 35 of 2023) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) section 26; | ||
(b) subsections (a) and (b) of section 45. | ||
