Bailhache v Williams 1968 J.J. 1067 (27 December 1968)


Land Law-licences-lease or licence-proprietor of business on premises leased by another under oral agreement terminable at will of lessee may have licence, not lease, even though entitled to entire profits of business and has complete control of premises-relevant that lessee responsible under business licence, no power to sub-let and no intention to create sub-lease by either party
