Contract-resolution-fundamental breach-contract may be terminated/resolu if party's failure to comply with contractual obligation sufficiently serious, i.e. breach of fundamental condition, at root of contract-if timely payment of interest not of essence of loan contract, resolution not justified by failure to pay on time
