    DECISION

    The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that the applicants are entitled to receive the various sums due to them set out in the body of the decision.

    Appearances:

    The applicants, with the exception of Mrs Clodagh Allen who was represented by Mr P Fitzmaurice of the Law Centre, were all represented by Mr O Toner, Solicitor of Gus Campbell, Solicitors

    The respondent was represented by Mr H Coll of Elliott Duffy Garrett, Solicitors

    SUMMARY REASONS

  1. At the outset Mr Toner announced that the applicants various claims for breach of contract, redundancy payments and unpaid wages have been settled in the sums set out in the tables below and he asked the tribunal to make an Order in favour of each applicant accordingly. Mr Coll signified his consent.

  3. Mr Fitzmaurice, on behalf of Mrs Clodagh Allen, announced that her various claims had been settled in the sum set out in the table below and he asked the tribunal to make an Order in favour of the applicant. Mr Coll signified his consent.

  5. On behalf of Mrs Clodagh Allen, Mr Fitzmaurice withdrew her claim for unfair dismissal. On behalf of the applicants, Mrs Leila Trainor, Miss Jane McVeigh, Ms Suzanne Cooper, Mr James McKee and Ms Bernadette Smyth, Mr Toner withdrew their claims for unfair dismissal. In each case this was done without objection from Mr Coll.
  6. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (NI) 1990.
