    DECISION

    The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the respondents are required to pay to the applicant the following sum:-

    Redundancy payment - 10 weeks @ £250.00 = £ 2,500.00

    Payment in lieu of notice - 8 weeks @ £487.50 = £ 3,900.00

    Holiday pay - 12 weeks @ £162.00 = £ 1,944.00

    Statutory Maternity Pay - 6 weeks @ 90% of £487.50 = £ 2,632.50

    - 12 weeks @ £75.50 = £ 906.00

    TOTAL £11,882.50

    The respondents were represented by Mr M McEvoy Barrister-at-Law instructed by P Haughey & Co, Solicitors.

  1. The tribunal at the request of the applicant and with the consent of the respondents orders that the respondents pay to the applicant the sum of £11,882.50 as set out above. This sum is in respect of redundancy payment, payment in lieu of notice, holiday pay and statutory maternity pay.
  2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
