CASE REFS: 726/02
763/02
APPLICANTS: 1. Johanna Doris
2. Celine Flanagan
RESPONDENT: Floor Store Distribution Limited
SUMMARY REASONS
It is the unanimous decision of the Tribunal that both applications be dismissed. Neither applicant appeared to formally prove her case to the tribunal, and in the light of this lack of formal proof that a redundancy situation even existed in respect of this respondent, the tribunal has no alternative but to dismiss these applications.
Appearances:
Neither the applicants nor the respondents appeared. The applicants filed Originating Applications and these were considered pursuant to the provisions of Rule 9(3) of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996.
