THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS
CASE REF: 1091/12
CLAIMANT: Steven Mayes
RESPONDENT: Composite Doors and Panels Ltd
DEFAULT JUDGEMENT
The respondent stated in its response that it does not intend to resist the claims. I have decided to determine these claims without a hearing. Those determinations are as follows:
(A) The notice pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1,219 in respect of notice pay.
(B) The redundancy pay claim is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £1, 975 to the claimant.
This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
