DECISION
The tribunal (Chairman sitting alone) determines that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,440.00 and is owed holiday pay in the sum of £134.16. The claimant’s claim for notice pay is dismissed following its withdrawal at the hearing. The respondent’s title is amended to Scoffield Building Services (Northern Ireland) Ltd (in liquidation).

1. Following an indication from Mr Brett that no objections were being raised to the claimant’s claims and after hearing and after consideration of evidence given by the claimant, I determine that the claimant is entitled to redundancy payment of £3,440.00 and outstanding holiday pay of £134.16 for reasons which were delivered orally at the hearing.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
