DECISION

The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant was not discriminated against on the grounds of his disability nor was the respondent in breach of the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998.

1.       The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims for direct discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments and victimisation under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 are dismissed and the claimant’s claims for breach of the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 is also dismissed.  Reasons were given orally for this decision.
