The claimant’s claim against Barry Thompson is not well founded. Accordingly, that claim is dismissed.
The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against Building and Tanks Ltd (‘the company’) is well-founded and it is declared that the company is liable to make a redundancy payment of £5945 to the claimant.
