REASONS
1. I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. The claimant’s contract stated that her employer was the Management Committee of Jonesborough and Drumintee Playgroup. She advised me that she was only aware of Lorraine Fegan and Lisa McCrink as members of the Management Committee and I direct that the name of the first-named respondent shall be amended accordingly.
2. This decision is based on the following information:
Gross weekly pay: £162.50
Net weekly pay: £145.00
Number of actual completed years of service: 5
Age on date of dismissal: 59
Multiplier (for redundancy pay): 7.5
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
