DECISION ON AN APPLICATION FOR A REVIEW
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is refused his application for a review of the tribunal’s decision.

The claimant appeared in person.
The respondent was represented by Mr Neil Richards, of counsel, instructed by Worthingtons Solicitors.
1. On 8, 9, 11 and 14 May 2012 and 29 August 2012 at Belfast, an application for equal pay, sex discrimination, breach of contract, unlawful deduction of wages and less favourable treatment on the basis of fixed-term working status were heard.
2. The tribunal dismissed all the applicant’s claims.
3. The tribunal’s decision was issued on 4 October 2012.
4. The claimant sought a review of the tribunal’s decision under Regulation 34(3)(d) and (e) of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
5. The claimant’s application for a review of the tribunal’s decision was listed for 1 March 2013 and if his application for a review were successful that the review would be conducted thereafter.
6. Prior to the review hearing, both the claimant and the respondent had submitted written submissions on their respective positions on the review application.
7. The tribunal was not satisfied that the claimant had established a ground that would justify it reviewing its decision and his application for a review was dismissed on 1 March 2013.
8. Oral reasons were given at the hearing.
