(A)      On the basis of the evidence heard I am satisfied that the claimant was employed by the second named respondent, and the first named respondent is dismissed from these proceedings

 

(B)      The claimant's wages claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the second respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 1384.60 in respect of wages.

 

(C)     The claimant's claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £ 300 in respect of notice pay.
