DECISION
The decision of the Tribunal is that the claimant’s claim is dismissed.

The claimant did not attend and was not represented.
The respondents did not attend and were not represented.
The interpreter Anna Pietrzak stayed until 11.00 am as directed.
In view of the fact the claimant did not appear (hearing commenced at 11.45 am), the Tribunal considered Rule 27(5) of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005. The Tribunal also considered papers in the file and noted the Notice of Hearing had been sent to the claimant on 6 January 2015. There was no indication on the file that the claimant’s address was not correct or that the claimant had not received the Notice of Hearing.
Accordingly, the Tribunal dismissed the claim.
