DECISION

 

1. Upon admission of liability by the respondent, and by consent of the parties, the tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the first-named claimant the sum of £7000.

 

2. The second-named claimant informed the tribunal that she wished to withdraw her claim for loss of Working Tax Credits, and it is dismissed.

 

3. Upon admission of liability by the respondent, and by consent of the parties, the tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the second-named claimant the sum of £11,000.

3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990."
