DEFAULT JUDGEMENT

 

The relevant time limit for presenting a response has expired.  No response has been presented by the respondent.  I have decided to determine the following claims without a hearing.  I determine as follows:

 

(A)         The claimant’s wages claim against the respondent is well-founded.  It is ordered that the respondent shall pay £872.00 to the claimant in respect of wages.

 

(B)         The claimant’s holiday pay claim against the respondent is well-founded.  It is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £260.00 to the claimant in respect of holiday pay.

 

(C)      This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
