The claimant’s redundancy pay claim is well-founded. It is declared that the respondent is liable to make a payment of £4,102.50.
1. This judgment is based on the following agreed facts and is a consent judgment pursuant to Rule 59, Schedule 1 of the Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2020 :-

Therefore the statutory cap of £547.00 is applicable.
Number of Actual Completed Years of Service - 5
Age at Date of Dismissal - 48
Multiplier (for Redundancy Pay) - 7.5
2. This is a relevant decision of the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
