Lifting excessive weights. 2.(1) A young person shall not be employed as a worker in agriculture to lift, carry or move a load so heavy as to be likely to cause injury to him. Subs.(2) rep. by SR 1979/129 (3) In the event of a contravention, in the case of any worker, of the provisions of sub-section (1) ... his employer shall be guilty of an offence.
