AGRICULTURAL TRUST ACT (NORTHERN

5. For the purposes of enabling the Trust to carry out their functions under
this Act, the Ministry shall out of moneys provided by Parliament pay to
the Trust such sums as the Ministry may, with the approval of the Ministry of
Finance, determine.
