BATHS AND WASHHOUSES (IRELAND) ACT 1846 - SECT 19

Management to be vested in councils.

19. The general management, regulation, and control of the public baths and
washhouses and open bathing places established under this Act shall, subject
to the provisions of this Act, be, ..., vested in and exercised by the
[district] council ....
