COMPANIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1960 - SECT 250

Commencement of voluntary winding up.

250. A voluntary winding up shall be deemed to commence at the time of the
passing of the resolution for voluntary winding up.

Effect of voluntary winding up on business and status of company.
