CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1950 - LONG TITLE

An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments certain enactments
relating to children and young persons, to make further and better
provision with respect to children and young persons, and for
purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.

13.Subs.(1)(3) amend ss.4-6, 10, 12 of 1885 c.69

(4) References to the said Act of 1885 in any other enactment
whether passed before or after the passing of this Act shall unless
the contrary intention appears be construed as references to the
said Act of 1885 as amended by this section.

142.(1) This Act may be cited as the Children and Young Persons
