EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 113

113.(1) Subject to paragraph (2), there may in each financial year be paid to
the Council by the Ministry a grant towards the expenditure incurred or to be
incurred by the Council in that year.

(2) The amount of any grant payable by the Ministry under paragraph (1) shall
be such as the Ministry, with the approval of the Ministry of Finance, may
determine.
