EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 21 



21. It shall be the duty of the managers of each grammar school, in accordance
with regulations made by the Ministry for the purposes of this Article, to
make available, for pupils having the prescribed qualifications, such number
of places as are prescribed.
