EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 25 



25. It shall be the duty of each board in accordance with the provisions of
Schedule 8 to determine the children in its area who require special
educational treatment or who are unsuitable for education in school and to
comply with those provisions in relation to such children.
