EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 47 



47.(1) The managers of a voluntary grammar school shall, in accordance with
regulations made by the Ministry, provide or secure the provision of milk,
meals and other refreshment for pupils in attendance at the school.

(2) Regulations under paragraph (1) shall specify

(a)the pupils for whom milk, meals and other refreshment shall, or may be
provided;

(b)the manner in which and the persons by whom the expense of providing them
is to be defrayed; and

(c)the facilities (including premises and equipment) to be afforded and the
services to be rendered by the managers for the purposes of providing them;
