EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 49

49.(1) Managers of grant-aided schools shall afford reasonable facilities for
the medical and dental inspection and supervision of pupils in attendance at
schools under their management.

(2) In paragraph (1), medical and dental inspection and supervision means such
inspection and supervision carried out by virtue of the duty imposed by or
under any enactment on the Ministry of Health and Social Services to provide
such inspection and supervision.
