EDUCATION AND LIBRARIES (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1972 - SECT 89 



89. Any dispute arising between a board and the managers of a grant-aided
school with respect to the exercise of the powers conferred or the performance
of any duty imposed by or under this Order may, notwithstanding any enactment
rendering the exercise of the power or the performance of the duty contingent
on the opinion of the board or of the managers, be referred either by the
board or the managers to the Ministry and any such dispute so referred shall
be determined by the Ministry whose determination shall be final.
