68.(1) Where a registered society is to be dissolved under section 64, the society shall not be dissolved until there has been lodged with the registrar a certificate that all property vested in the society has been duly conveyed or transferred to the persons entitled and such certificate shall be signed, where the society is to be dissolved under section 64(a), by the liquidator or, where the society is to be dissolved under section 64(b), by the secretary or other officer of the society approved by the registrar. (2) The registration of a society shall not be cancelled by the registrar under section 59(6), 60(3) or 61(4) until there has been lodged with the registrar a certificate signed by the secretary or other officer of the society approved by the registrar that all property vested in the society has been duly conveyed or transferred by the society to the persons entitled.
