MINES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 119

Notification of change of ownership or name of mine.

119.(1) Where a change occurs

(a)in the ownership of a mine; or

(b)in the name of a mine;

(2) For the purposes of this section a name shall be deemed to be changed if
the spelling thereof is altered.
