Articles certified or approved in Great Britain. 151. An article of a type for the time being certified or approved by the Minister of Power for the purposes of the Mines and Quarries Act 1954 or regulations made thereunder shall be treated as certified or approved by the Ministry for the purposes of this Act or, as the case may be, regulations, unless the Ministry, by notice published in the Belfast Gazette and otherwise brought to the notice of persons concerned in such manner as the Ministry thinks fit, directs that it shall not be so treated.
