MINES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 83

Restrictions on use below ground of certain engines, &c.

83. No internal combustion engine, steam boiler or locomotive shall be used
below ground in a mine otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of
regulations in that behalf or with the consent of the Ministry.
