MINES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 91

91.(1) It shall be the duty of the manager of every mine to secure the
provision thereat of adequate facilities and equipment for the purpose of
rendering first-aid to persons employed at the mine who, while so employed,
suffer bodily injury or become ill.
