Former matrimonial jurisdiction of ecclesiastical courts to be exercised by the High Court. 7. All jurisdiction now vested in or exercisable by any ecclesiastical court or person in Ireland in respect of ... jactitation of marriage, and in all causes, suits, and matters matrimonial, except in respect of marriage licences, shall belong to and be vested in Her Majesty, and such jurisdiction shall be exercised in the name of Her Majesty [in Her Majesty's High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland].
