MINERAL DEVELOPMENT ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 2

Exception of scheduled substances and mines thereof.

2. Subsection (1) of section 1 shall not apply to any substances such as are
mentioned in Schedule 1 (in this Act referred to as "scheduled substances") or
any mines for the working of such substances.
