MENTAL HEALTH ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1961 - SECT 73 



73.(1) Where a [Health and Social Services Board] are satisfied

(a)that any person in their area is incapable, by reason of mental disorder,
of managing his affairs; and

(b)that a committee ought to be appointed in respect of the estate of that
person; and

(c)that arrangements in that behalf have neither been made nor are being made;
