Powers of Fares and Rates Tribunal. 46. The Tribunal established under section seven of the Act of 1929 shall have power, and shall be deemed always to have had power, to fix fares for all classes, or any particular class, of passengers and when they fix any fares under the powers conferred upon them by that section, as amended by this section, they may attach to the fixing of such fares such terms and conditions as they think fit. The expression "fares" in the said section as amended by this section, and in this section, shall include, and shall be deemed always to have included, sums paid or payable in respect of a contract ticket or a season ticket, including any sum the payment of which entitles the person who has paid the same to be conveyed or to make any number of journeys specified or unspecified.
