Enacting words. 4.(1) In every Bill presented to His Majesty under the preceding provisions of this Act, the words of enactments shall be as follows, that is to say: "Be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Commons in this present Parliament assembled, in accordance with the provisions of the [Parliament Acts, 1911 and 1949], and by authority of the same, as follows." (2) Any alteration of a Bill necessary to give effect to this section shall not be deemed to be an amendment of the Bill.
