PUBLIC HEALTH AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1962 - SECT 1 



1. Notwithstanding anything in sub-section (2) of section two of the
Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1907, the following provisions of that Act
shall have effect in the area of every [district council]..., that is to say,

section thirty (which relates to the repair and enclosure of dangerous
places);

section thirty-one (which relates to the fencing of lands adjoining streets);
and

section ninety-three (which relates to the provision of life-saving
appliances).
