Incorporation of 1847 c.34 ss.75 78. 39. So much of the Towns Improvement Clauses Act, 1847, as relates to ruinous and dangerous buildings, and also so much thereof as relates to precautions during the construction and repair of the sewers, streets, and houses, shall be incorporated with and form part of this Act. And with respect to objections to works to be constructed by or subject to the approval of the [Department of the Environment]:
