The Lords refused to reduce a nineteen years tack of kirk lands, upon l. 2. C. De rescind. vend. although the tack-duty was within the half of what it might, or ought to have been; provided only the former rental was not diminished; and found that the said l. 2, did not take place in Scotland, as had been found in some former cases.
