A tenant's entry to a grass-room being at Whitsunday, and the first term's payment of his rent being at Martinmas thereafter, and the next at Whitsunday, the heritor dying after the Martinmas, his executors found to have right not only to the half-year's rent payable at the Martinmas, but to the other half-year payable at the Whitsunday after the heritors death, because he survived both the legal terms.
