The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12A(1) and 105(6) and (7) of, and paragraphs 1 and 3(1)(c) of Schedule 7A to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order: Citation, commencement and interpretation 1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Lanarkshire Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th September 2001. (2) In this Order "the principal Order" means the Lanarkshire Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998[2]. Amendment of the principal Order 2. For article 4 of the principal Order there is substituted-
4. The trust shall have, in addition to the chairman, 2 trustees and 5 executive directors.".
