The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(2), (3) and (4) of the Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Act 2000[1], hereby make the following Order: Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st October 2001. Amendment 2. In article 4 (transitional and savings provisions) of the Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2000[2] after paragraph (3) there shall be inserted-
