Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 5) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2002 and shall come into force at 1400 hours on 8th March 2002.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order revokes the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 5) (Scotland) Order 2001 ("the principal Order") which prohibited-

The effect of this Order is to remove the prohibitions in respect of the areas of sea designated in the Schedule to the principal Order.
